This is a proof of concept, and it is honest about the bill: a first visit downloads CRuby, Rails and this app compiled to WebAssembly — around 60 MB — compiles it, and starts a Postgres in this tab. Every line below is measured here, on this device, as it happens. Afterwards none of it happens again.
